1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Life Sport Travel Ltd, a trading name of Life Group Ventures Ltd (“the Promoter”), registered in Scotland (Company No. SC840847) with registered office at Pavilion 2, Finnieston Business Park, Minerva Way, Glasgow, G3 8AU.
2. Eligibility
2.1 This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected to the competition are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Proof of identity and age may be required before a prize is awarded.
3. Entry Requirements
3.1 No purchase is necessary to enter.
3.2 Entries must be submitted via the official competition page, completing all mandatory fields as stated.
3.3 One (1) standard entry per person. Multiple entries using different accounts or false details will result in disqualification.
3.4 Bonus entries may be granted for completing optional actions as specified on the competition page.
3.5 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
3.6 Competition Start Date: The competition will open for entries at 00:01 on 14/08/2025.
3.7 Competition End Date: The competition will close at 23:30 on 14 November 2025. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
4. Prize Details
4.1 The prize includes:
(a) Four (4) nights’ accommodation in a private villa with four (4) bedrooms and five (5) bathrooms;
(b) Two (2) rounds of golf per guest (four guests total);
(c) Use of golf buggies for both rounds;
(d) Private airport transfers between the destination airport and villa;
(e) Access to villa facilities, including private pool and balconies.
4.2 Flights are not included.
4.3 Travel dates are subject to availability and must be taken within twelve (12) months of the winner announcement, excluding public holidays and major events, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.4 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
4.5 If, for any reason, the advertised prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1 The winner will be selected from all valid entries received by the closing date.
5.2 The draw will be conducted using a randomised method, such as a random number generator or independent adjudicator.
5.3 The winner will be contacted using the details provided on their entry form and/or announced on the Promoter’s official channels.
5.4 The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited and an alternative winner selected.
6. Travel and Responsibility
6.1 The winner and guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas (if applicable), and any required travel documents.
6.2 The winner and guests are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel insurance.
6.3 The winner and guests must arrange and pay for their own flights to the destination airport.
7. Conduct and Behaviour
7.1 Guests must behave respectfully and comply with the rules of the accommodation and golf facilities.
7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to revoke the prize in cases of disorderly, offensive, or unlawful conduct.
8. Marketing and Publicity
8.1 By accepting the prize, the winner and guests agree to participate in reasonable publicity activities as requested by the Promoter.
8.2 This may include photographs at the destination, golf course, and villa, along with testimonials and trip feedback.
8.3 The winner and guests grant the Promoter a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use any images, videos, or testimonials for marketing purposes across any media.
9. Data Protection
9.1 Personal data provided will be used by the Promoter solely for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with UK GDPR.
9.2 By entering, participants consent to such use of their data.
10. Right to Amend or Cancel
10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events.
10.2 In such cases, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense suffered by entrants.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
